Planning your big day, and don’t know where to start?

After planning my own wedding, I asked myself the same thing. What do I book first? What is my timeline? Who will make sure everything runs smooth on my big day? As a bride you can’t do everything yourself. Yes, you do have bridesmaids, family and friends but is that enough?

Every bride has her own vision of how she would like her wedding to be. From location, dress and décor, Energy Events is here to help you turn your dream to a reality. We will take your ideas and put them into place. Weather you are looking for full wedding planning service, or just to have someone there on the day of, we have the knowledge and experience to make sure things run smoothly and just the way you envisioned.

Full Planning:
  • Custom wedding budget planner and calendar with timeline
  • Recommendations of top wedding professionals. Example: photographer, videographer, florist, baker, music services and transportation
  • Décor ideas and set up
  • Venue and ceremony bookings
  • Scheduling appointments on your behalf
  • Follow up confirmation with all wedding professionals the week of your wedding
  • Rehearsal Co-ordination
  • Wedding day emergency kit
  • Scheduled meetings, unlimited phone conversation and emails
Organization and Day of Planning:
  1. An initial consultation to discuss your ideas
  2. Up to twelve hours of consultations in person, by phone and via email
  3. Custom budget
  4. Wedding timeline
  5. Recommendations for any suppliers not yet booked
  6. Confirmation with all wedding vendors
  7. Rehearsal coordination
  8. Schedule of your wedding day
  9. Our presence at your wedding from before the ceremony until just after the speeches at the reception
  10. Additional consultations may be added

Day Of Co-Ordination

Don’t leave your ‘little extra’s’ up to the venue; they are there to make sure everything runs smoothly with the food, tables, linens etc. We are here to make sure everything else is exactly the way you want it; from centerpieces to a personalized slide show, we’ve got it covered.

  • Initial consultation via phone or email to determine your needs
  • In personal consultation approx. 2 months before your wedding
  • On site consultation at your venue
  • On site the morning of your wedding to make sure everything is set up correctly
  • Deal with any problems that may arise
  • Emergency Kit
